Safety Program
Furey Roofing Co. is proud to be a leader in construction industry safety. Our safety program is second to none and often referred to by our counterparts and insurance professionals as a standard for the industry. Some of the features of our program include:
1.- Pre-employment drug screening and a written substance abuse policy statement.
2.- New employee orientation including a comprehensive safety training program.
3.- A written safety policy and hazard communication standard designed to comply with industry and OSHA standards.
4.- Weekly National Roofing Contractor Association (NRCA) safety handouts.
5.- Weekly toolbox safety talks.
6.- Specific job-site safety analysis in addition to periodic safety meetings.
7.- All employees complete an OSHA-approved 10 hour safety class.
